Dennis was born December 8, 1945 in Palmerton, Pa.

Dennis served with K Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Marine Division,
Weapons Platoon.

Dennis died on March 24, 1966

Dennis died of burns and crash trauma in a helicopter crash, as a passenger, due to hostile ground fire, in Quang Ngai Province, South Vietnam while participating in operation Texas. Dennis also participated in operations, Double Eagle, Double Eagle II, and Utah.

His body was recovered.
Dennis is interred in Palmerton, Pa.

Dennis's religion was Protestant.

Dennis's name is listed on Panel 06E --- Line 28
of the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, D.C.
